Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us if you believe your custom order has a defect.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
